( S I Y E T E...

TY_notes.

DAHIL 7 years na kami dito, dapat lang na magpa s a l a m a t kami sa lahat ng mga nagpaiyak samin (isyu!) may buhay man o wala, mga nagpatulo ng laway namin katatawa, mga nakasama sa iba't ibang lakaran at nakilala kung saan-saan. Dahil kung walang leksyon, eksenang madadaot at angas, wala ring a i z k r i m (ok, bearhug na, bearhug).

Big tango to Kilcher the great for lending me this 'kyut' & nifty template.

Tagush Tugshink...

my heart beats a special drum

If you haven't heard of "Rippingyarn", man, where are you and what are you doing?

"Taken by Cars" has got a new bassist. I like Benny Yap, kasi masipag siyang mag-update ng sites at may panahong mag-reply sa queries. Techie in a way, kasi tuwing napapanood ko siya dala rin niya yung isang maleta ng gadgets niya (uy, may souvenir shot ako nun!) Simple lang yung bago ngayon, she seemed okay naman. Anyway...

I really wish to have the "Inland Territory" kahit nawi-wirduhan ako kay Teng lately. Just a keepsake. Sana merun talagang i-release dito sa Pinas. Plus, yung "Ellipse". I've been following Heap's vblog and livecasts for quite a while now. Here's her final vblog for the "Making of Ellipse"

And from Immi's new album:

where do we go from here?
how do we carry on?
i can't get beyond the questions...

clambering for the scraps,
in the shatter of us collapsed.
it cuts me with every "could-have-been."

pain on pain on play, repeating.
with the back-up make-up life shift waiting.

everybody says,
that time heals everything.
but what of the wretched hollow?
the endless in-between?
are we just going to wait it out...?

there's nothing to see here now,
turning the sign around,
we're closed to the earth til further notice.
clambering for the scraps, clambering in the light.
we're closed to the earth til further...

all-in-one, only one street-level miracle.
i'll be an out-in-out, born-again from none more cynical.

everybody says,
that time heals everything.
but what of the wretched hollow?
the endless in-between?
are we just going to wait it out...?

...and sit here cold?
we could be long gone by then,
and lackluster.
and dust will layer on old magazines.
fluorescent lighting sets the scene,
for all we could and should be being,
in the one life that we've got...

everybody says,
that time heals everything.
but what of the wretched hollow?
the endless in-between?

are we just going to wait it out?
just going to sweat it out?
just going to sweat it out?

wait it out.
